We submit your certificate electronically the next business day after you complete the workshop, and usually the staff at the NYSED will then update your TEACH account within a week. If you have not yet created a TEACH account, you can do so at
www.nysed.gov . If your TEACH account has not been updated within one week, follow the instructions at
www.autismautism.com/TEACH to resolve the issue. If that does not work, we recommend that you contact the Office of Teaching at
tcert@nysed.gov or 518-474-3901. If you are having a problem with the TEACH system (incorrect SSN, etc.), the NYSED advises going to the following web page,
